Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and respect the time of all clients, I kindly request that any appointment cancellations or appointment rescheduling be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within this timeframe will not incur any charges.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will result in a no-show fee of 25% of the total scheduled service price. This fee compensates for the time reserved exclusively for your appointment and the inability to fill the appointment on short notice.

Clients who fail to provide notice or miss appointments may be required to pay the cancellation fee prior to booking future appointments, and repeated no-shows may result in limited or denied future booking privileges.
